This mother , grandmother, and great grandmother is the glue that holds our family together. With a background in baking handed down from her mother, Mary has perfected our family recipes over time. Over the past year, she has become the Sou-Gardener, assisting with the family garden!

Paul carries on the look and traditions of our family's Viking heritage. With his warrior spirit, strength, and courage he brings the "fight and never give up" attitude to the business. He is great with people and is perfect for outreach. However, his greatest job is being a father of three and grandfather of two!

From the Base Camp of Mt. Everest, to teaching on a Navajo Indian Reservation to serving in the Navy, Cathy is the adventurer in the family. Her greatest adventure was marrying Greg! She brings a sense of craziness and risk taking into the kitchen.... thus the development of "Three Sheets to the Wind."

His full time job as a director of Asset Management not only helps PH with capital funds but he brings business skills and knowledge to our table.
