The 3rd in our line up of alcohol infused cookies... soon to make its debut! This cookie combines bourbon and pecans for a warm cozy Christmas time feeling! Not only is there a 1/2 cup of bourbon in the batch, but the pecans used are a bit tipsy... for they have been soaked in bourbon for a good 24 hours!  Another great cookie for the holiday season... these pair well with pecan pie... and bourbon! :)
